Emily Gardiner

I’m Emily Gardiner, a Young Adult Librarian and Notary Public with Otis Library in Norwich, CT. I provide limited free notary services by appointment through the library, with a focus on simple, non-commercial notarizations.

My goal is to make the notary process clear, friendly, and accessible for community members who need basic documents notarized. In addition to appointments at Otis Library, I may provide mobile notary service to Norwich facilities when available and appropriate.

I can assist with:

• Simple non-commercial notarizations
• Mobile notary service to Norwich facilities
• Appointment-based notary support through Otis Library

I take a professional, careful approach to each notarization and work to ensure visitors understand what to bring and what to expect before their appointment.
