Erica Lawing

Hello, my name is Erica Lawing, and I am a North Carolina licensed notary based in Charlotte, NC. I provide dependable mobile notary services throughout Mecklenburg County and much of the surrounding area, including Iredell and Cabarrus counties.

I assist with a wide range of general notarizations and loan-related documents, including refinances, purchase and sales documents, grant deeds, loan modifications, reverse mortgages, and powers of attorney. I offer 24-hour service, have a laser printer available, and provide service in English.

My background includes an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University, an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Strayer University, and a career in law enforcement with the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office.
