Erika Hannah

My name is Erika Hannah, owner of AAA NOTARY SERVICES, and I am a commissioned Virginia Notary Public based in Ruther Glen, VA (commission valid through 2028). I am extremely detail-oriented, professional, and strictly follow all guidelines in the Virginia Handbook for Notaries.

I focus on a smooth, compliant loan closing experience from start to finish. I promptly contact borrowers after assignment, administer required oaths, record all signers in my notary journal, and ensure notarizations are performed in person at the time of closing. Borrowers receive clean printed copies of their documents, and I remain an impartial witness who never provides legal advice or pressures anyone to sign. When requested, I upload scan-backs before shipping all documents the same day, when possible.

I have successfully completed over 500 closings, including residential (Conventional, FHA, VA, HELOC, loan modifications, first-time buyer packages, debt settlements, trailing docs, and new construction) and commercial (SBA and non-SBA) transactions. I am also experienced working with seniors and individuals with disabilities and can assist with taking deeds to the county courthouse for recording.
