Erin E. Mullen

Erin E. Mullen of 901 Legit Assist is a Tennessee-licensed notary serving Lakeland, Tennessee. My background in real estate since 2021 as a Realtor, house flipper, investor, and midterm rental manager, host, and owner gives me firsthand familiarity with important documents and closing-table expectations.

I became a notary to offer a more personal and accommodating experience during moments that can feel stressful or time-sensitive. I am comfortable helping clients with a range of notarization needs, including apostille services, bill of sale and car title documents, business forms and contracts, legal or financial affidavits, living trusts, parental consent for travel, and powers of attorney.

As a mobile notary, I focus on being professional, approachable, and attentive so each signing is handled with care and confidence.
