Erma Brannan

I’m Erma Brannan, a Smithfield, VA-area mobile notary and loan signing agent with a professional background in real estate as broker/owner of Wise Choice Real Estate. I bring a practical understanding of property transactions, document flow, and client service to each appointment.

I assist individuals, families, and businesses with notarization needs in a friendly, organized, and detail-focused manner. My work commonly includes mobile notary appointments, loan signing support, and real estate documents, with service options suited for both mobile and retail needs.

Clients can expect a calm, professional approach, careful attention to identity verification and document requirements, and clear communication throughout the signing process. Whether you need help with real estate paperwork or general notary services in the Smithfield area, I aim to make the experience convenient, reliable, and respectful of your time.
