My background includes a BA in Economics from Fordham University, an MBA in Management Psychology from Pace University, and an MS in Finance from Pace University. Before becoming a notary, I worked at the New York Stock Exchange from 1979 to 2008, where I investigated alleged instances of insider trading, manipulation, and rule violations.
