Evelyn Louhau

My name is Evelyn Louhau, and I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Florida Notary Public and NNA-certified, background-screened Loan Signing Agent based in Sarasota, FL. With 8 years of real estate industry experience and LSS training, I focus on delivering accurate, efficient, and professional signings every time. I carefully review key documents such as the Closing Disclosure, 1003, and Right to Cancel to help ensure error-free, on-time closings.

Through REGENCY NOTARY GROUP LLC, I offer fully mobile services with a dual-tray laser printer, mobile scanner, fax, and hotspot, allowing me to accommodate last-minute and hospital signings, as well as remote locations with same-day printing and scanbacks. I handle a wide range of work, including buyer/seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, loan applications and modifications, powers of attorney, trusts, wills, apostilles, and weddings. I carry $1M in E&O insurance and am available 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and emergency signings.
