Evelyn Mercado

My name is Evelyn Mercado, and I am a Nevada commissioned Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent serving the entire Las Vegas Valley. I hold a Notary Signing Agent certification from the National Notary Association and maintain full bonding and insurance for your protection and peace of mind.

I am detail-oriented and known for triple-checking documents before leaving a signing to help ensure accuracy and avoid funding delays. You can count on me to return documents promptly after each appointment and to keep you informed throughout the entire signing process. I also use a laser printer to provide clear, professional document packages.

In addition to my notary work, I am a licensed Nevada Realtor (S.0201139) with Galindo Group Real Estate in Las Vegas, NV. I am available 24/7, and I look forward to providing your clients with a smooth, professional signing experience.
