FELISA RENEE JORDAN COATES

My name is Felisa Renee Jordan Coates, owner of Carolina Queens Services LLC, and a North Carolina commissioned Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent based in Greensboro, NC (Commission #201917600139, exp. 08/02/2029). I have been a notary and signing agent since 2019 and am NNA trained, certified, and background screened.

I specialize in all types of loan signings and applications, and I am known for being extremely detail oriented. I carefully triple-check critical documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel to help ensure error-free signings and smooth closings. My military and public service background has strengthened my natural people skills, allowing me to communicate clearly and respectfully with signers from all walks of life while protecting their confidential information.

As a mobile notary signing agent, I serve clients within approximately 125 miles of Forsyth County and offer flexible, 24-hour service when needed, including hospital and jail signings.
