Felisa Teamer

Felisa Teamer of Felisa Teamer, LLC is a mobile notary and certified signing agent based in Houston, TX. I serve clients across multiple Texas counties, including Brazoria County, with a professional, friendly approach to each appointment.

I assist with common notarial needs such as acknowledgments and jurats, and I am also available for loan document signings. My work includes documents related to trusts and deeds, and I bring careful attention to detail when helping signers complete important paperwork.

Whether the appointment is for an individual, a business need, or a retail setting, I aim to make the process clear, organized, and convenient. I understand that notarizations often involve time-sensitive or personal matters, so I focus on being prepared, respectful, and dependable throughout the signing experience.
