Felix Franciscus Adams

My name is Felix Franciscus Adams (pronounced “Phillix”), a full-time Certified Notary Signing Agent and TIPIC based in Odenton, Maryland. I hold a dual commission in Maryland (since 2003) and Washington, DC (since 2015), and I operate under Engaging Destiny LLC. I am registered with the NNA, maintain a current background check, and stay up to date with industry training.

I provide reliable mobile notary and loan signing services throughout all of Maryland and DC, and I’m available 24/7/365 for both scheduled and last-minute closings. I use multiple HP OfficeJet and LaserJet all-in-one printers to handle large and time-sensitive document packages efficiently. My fees are negotiable and based on travel distance and assignment requirements.

Clients consistently compliment my professionalism, flexibility, and excellent customer service. I also mentor new notaries in Maryland and beyond, always focusing on improving my skills and delivering a smooth, convenient signing experience.
