Frances Sykes

I am Frances Sykes, a Notary Public commissioned in Acadia Parish for the State of Louisiana and based in Rayne, Louisiana. I became a notary in January 2017, and my statewide jurisdiction allows me to meet clients anywhere in Louisiana.

I provide professional, courteous, and punctual notary services, including general notarization, mobile notary appointments, and English-language service. My experience includes loan closings, I-9 verifications for out-of-state employers, minor travel consent affidavits, proof of residency affidavits, auto titles, cash sales, bills of sale, acts of donation, home refinance documents, acts of correction, and insurance documents.

I am a member of the National Notary Association and have specialized training as a Notary Signing Agent. I currently accept assignments with agencies serving South Louisiana.
