Garrett Nann

My name is Garrett Nann, and I am a commissioned New Jersey notary based in Waretown, NJ (Commission #50125741, exp. 4/8/2025). I focus on loan signings for title companies and signing services, ensuring every package is executed correctly and returned on time.

Before becoming a full-time loan signing agent, I spent six years owning and operating a successful digital marketing company. That experience sharpened my attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to client service—skills I now bring to every signing. I’m passionate about real estate and enjoy supporting smooth, stress-free closings for borrowers and industry partners.

How I support your signings:

• 24/7 availability and willingness to travel anywhere in New Jersey
• Dual-tray laser printer for accurate document handling
• E-sign capability and all required certifications
• $100,000 in E&O insurance for added protection
