George Fraser II

My name is George Fraser II, owner of North Dallas Notary LLC, and I am a commissioned Texas Notary Public and certified Notary Signing Agent serving the North Dallas area, including Denton, Aubrey, Little Elm, Frisco, Prosper, McKinney, and Cooke/Wise Counties. I hold Notary Signing Agent certifications from both the NNA and LSS and maintain ongoing training in industry best practices to ensure every borrower has a smooth, professional signing experience.

As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, I understand loan documents in depth and know how costly “little mistakes” can be. I carefully review every package so signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly executed. Documents are triple-checked, returned promptly, and I keep you informed throughout the entire process.
