I'm Linda Gmeiner, a Notary Public serving Canton, Michigan and surrounding Wayne, Washtenaw, and Oakland counties. With over 15 years of experience as a notary, I expanded my services in 2020 to become a certified Signing Agent, completing elite training with Notary2Pro and the Loan Signing System. I'm NNA certified and have handled more than 3,000 signings as a Loan Signing Agent over the past two years.

My expertise includes a wide range of real estate and financial documents, with particular experience in:

• Refinances (first and second)
• HELOCs and loan applications
• Buyer and seller side transactions
• Estate planning documents for attorneys
• eSignings through Simplifile

My background includes 25 years in finance as an assistant to Financial Advisors, which instilled in me the importance of accuracy and attention to detail when handling important documents. I'm patient, thorough, and committed to providing professional notary services to all my clients.
