Gregory Gary Jr.

My name is Gregory Gary Jr., and I am a Senior Signing Agent and commissioned notary based in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. I proudly serve clients throughout Maryland and Virginia, offering professional, reliable, and COVID-vaccinated mobile and remote notary services.

With over three years of experience, I handle a wide range of general notarizations, including affidavits, wills, powers of attorney, debt consolidations, annuities, structured settlements, full purchases, and refinanced mortgages. I maintain a current NNA background check and E&O insurance to help ensure every signing is completed accurately and securely.

I am a Title Insurance Producer (TIP), NNA Certified, and Remote Online Notarization (RON) Certified in the State of Maryland. Whether you are a title company, lender, law firm, or individual, I focus on clear communication, attention to detail, and a smooth signing experience from start to finish.
