My name is Gurbir Singh, and I am a California commissioned Notary Public with over 18 years of experience, based in Roseville, CA. Through my company, Placer Loan Signing Co, I provide reliable, detail-oriented mobile notary services throughout Placer County and Sacramento County, including Sacramento, Rocklin, Roseville, and Folsom.

I handle a wide range of documents, including real estate, loan, escrow, refinancing and mortgage packages, transfers of ownership and title, deeds of trust, powers of attorney, wills and trusts, divorce decrees, bank forms, and other legal documents.
