Harry Burtt

My name is Harry Burtt, and I am a California commissioned notary public and NNA-certified Notary Signing Agent based in Vacaville, CA. I am bonded, certified, and background-screened through the National Notary Association, giving my clients added confidence in the integrity and security of every signing.

I provide reliable mobile notary services and will travel to your home, office, or another convenient location. I offer 24-hour availability, with an additional fee for late-night (grave shift) or weekend appointments, to help you meet tight deadlines and urgent signing needs.

My core values guide every appointment: honesty, excellence, clear communication, respect, and privacy. Whether you need a general notarization or a full loan signing package, I focus on accuracy, professionalism, and a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.
