Hector Picon

I’m Hector Picon, a mobile notary public and real estate broker based in Clovis, California, serving Fresno County and communities throughout the Central Valley through Hector's Mobile Notary Service. I provide convenient notary support for clients who need documents handled professionally, clearly, and with attention to detail.

My work includes mobile notary appointments, acknowledgments and jurats, loan documents, real estate documents, and powers of attorney. With a background in real estate, I understand the importance of accuracy, timing, and a smooth signing experience, especially when property or lending documents are involved.

I aim to make each appointment straightforward and respectful, whether you are completing personal paperwork, business forms, or real estate-related documents. I bring a friendly, dependable approach to every signing and focus on helping clients feel prepared and confident throughout the process.
