My name is Jacqueline Faye Clinton, and I am the owner of Notary On The Move, a 24-hour mobile notary service based in Fresno, Texas. I began as a part-time notary in 1997 and have been providing full-time mobile notary services since 2000. I am a commissioned Texas notary public, serving Houston and the surrounding areas.

Over the years, I have built strong working relationships with mortgage and title companies to facilitate mortgage loan signings, as well as offering full-service mobile notary support for the general public. I travel to your location for your convenience, including city and county jails, convalescent homes, hospitals, and other agreed-upon sites. I can also pick up and deliver your documents to a preferred location.
