Jamela Yacubu-Davis

My name is Jamela Yacubu-Davis, and I am a seasoned Colorado Notary Signing Agent based in Commerce City. Since 2006, I have provided precise, reliable, and efficient notary services through my business, Around the Corner Notary. I maintain a current Colorado commission (No. 20034031987, exp. 01/01/2028) and hold a full background clearance with the NNA, giving clients and partners confidence in every signing I handle.

I specialize in a wide range of real estate and loan transactions, including reverse mortgages, HELOCs, refinances, seller documents, new loans, ID verifications, and cash settlements. I offer flexible 24-hour service, hospital signings, and use secure technology, including email, internet access, and a laser printer, to support accurate and timely document handling.

If you are looking to streamline your signing process with a dependable, experienced notary, I am ready to help ensure every transaction is completed smoothly and correctly.
