James A. Grogg

My name is James A. Grogg, owner of Chiefs Notary Services in Simi Valley, California. As a service-disabled veteran and commissioned California Notary, I bring the same discipline, integrity, and attention to detail from my military background to every signing. With over 2,600 real estate signings completed, I’m meticulous and fully prepared to provide a smooth, accurate, and professional experience for all parties.

I understand how critical communication and deadlines are in real estate and legal transactions, and I work hard to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. I’m known for being knowledgeable, friendly, and maintaining a professional demeanor that reflects well on both myself and my clients.
