James Sidow

My name is James Sidow, a commissioned Arizona Notary Public (Commission #683678, exp. 05/08/2028) based in Scottsdale, AZ. Through my business, Midnight Sun Oasis, I focus on providing reliable, flexible notary services tailored to your schedule and location, including true 24-hour availability when you need it most.

I am equipped with a mobile office setup, including laser printing, fax, internet, and a mobile hotspot, so I can handle urgent and complex signings efficiently on-site. I also support modern digital options such as e-signings, EscrowTab (IPEN), and I am RON capable for remote online notarizations when permitted.

Whether you need a wedding officiant, a hospital or jail signing, or assistance with time-sensitive documents, I work to make the process smooth, accurate, and convenient. I look forward to being your trusted notary resource in Scottsdale and the surrounding Arizona communities.
