I am commissioned in South Dakota and Iowa, and both licensed and commissioned in Minnesota, where I have also completed and passed the Minnesota Closer License course required for lawful mobile notaries.

I am a National Notary Association certified and background-screened signing agent, Fidelity approved, and Gramm–Leach–Bliley compliant. With over 8,000 error-free signings, I have extensive experience with reverse mortgages, FHA/VA loans, first and second mortgages, purchases, sales, and HELOCs. I typically work within a 25-mile radius of Sioux Falls but am happy to travel farther with additional compensation. I am available seven days a week to accommodate your scheduling needs.
