Janice Archuleta

My name is Janice Archuleta, and I am a Colorado commissioned notary public (Commission #20244022353, exp. 06/11/2028) and signing agent based in Montrose, CO. Through Janice's Notary Service, I provide both traditional notary services and remote online notarization (RON), with a strong focus on convenience, efficiency, and accuracy.

I maintain an NNA background check, insurance, and bond to give every client confidence in the integrity and professionalism of each signing. I am equipped with a dual-tray laser printer, scanner, mobile hotspot, fax, and secure email, allowing me to manage documents quickly and reliably from start to finish.

Whether you need a dependable signing agent for real estate transactions or a flexible notary for hospital or jail signings, I work hard to accommodate your schedule and make the process straightforward and stress-free.
