Jeannie Philp

Hello, I’m Jeannie Philp, a Texas-licensed notary based in Weatherford, Texas. I am also a Certified Signing Agent, bringing professional experience with real estate and closing documents to each appointment.

Before offering notary services, I worked as a Controller and Director of Operations, where I reviewed and notarized purchase and sale closing documents for a commercial real estate company. That background helps me approach every signing with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.

I can assist with a range of notarization needs, including business forms and contracts, legal or financial affidavits, powers of attorney, parental consent for travel, and bills of sale or car titles. I also offer mobile notary service for added convenience.
