Jennifer Lynne Auther

My name is Jennifer Lynne Auther, and I own and operate Janai's Mobile Notary Services, LLC, based in Douglasville, Georgia. I proudly serve Metro Atlanta, including Carroll, Cobb, Douglas, Fulton, Paulding, and select surrounding counties, seven days a week. As a Georgia notary (Commission #w-00679784, exp. 12/5/2028), I bring extensive experience to every appointment, with approximately 600 successful loan closings completed in escrow states.

I am NNA trained, certified, and background checked, a Loan Signing System–certified signing agent, and Fidelity approved by several signing services. I carry $100,000 in E&O insurance and am committed to accurate, efficient, and professional signings, including clean scan backs and attorney-assisted closings for Georgia properties, as well as full closings outside Georgia.

I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia, and I may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
