Jennifer Sutherland

Hi, I’m Jennifer Sutherland, an Ohio notary based in Orient, OH, serving Columbus and the surrounding areas through Jenn The Closer. I am available for escrow and loan signings, remote closings, and notarization of other documents, with weekday and weekend availability.

I am certified for online closings and mobile signing agent work through the National Notary Association. I also carry $100,000 in E&O insurance and have a clean background check. Before becoming a full-time Signing Agent, I spent more than 10 years as a Title Escrow Officer, giving me practical experience with closing documents and client service.
