My name is Joel Mills, and I am a full-time, full-service loan signing agent and owner of Mills Mobile Notary, based in Metolius, Oregon and serving Central Oregon and beyond. I have completed over 1,700 real estate signings of all types, and I take pride in being professional, dependable, and accurate on every appointment.

I am a NNA Certified Signing Agent, a Fidelity Approved Notary, and an Oregon commissioned notary (Commission #1034828, exp. 03/13/2027) with $25,000 in E&O insurance. I am also an Oregon-approved Remote Online Notary using the NexSys Clear Sign platform and an approved In-Person Electronic Notary (IPEN) with the Simplifile platform.
