My name is John Ackerman, a Nevada commissioned Notary Public and Certified Notary Signing Agent based in Henderson, NV. I specialize in a wide range of real estate and financial signings, including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, FHA and VA loans, reverse mortgages (both applications and closings), seller packages, annuity purchases, and debt consolidations. I am also experienced working in assisted living facilities, hospitals, and with attorneys.
