John Cox

My name is John Cox, and I am a detail-oriented Notary Signing Agent and owner of Cox Notary Signing Services, based in Fort Worth, TX. I am commissioned in Texas (Commission #13255993-4) and committed to completing every assignment with professionalism, accuracy, and respect for your clients’ time.

During each signing, I carefully review every document to confirm that all signatures, dates, and initials are complete and correct. I pay special attention to key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 to help prevent funding delays or corrections. If an error ever occurs, I immediately take corrective action and keep you informed until the issue is resolved.

I provide prompt document return and status updates throughout the process. I serve clients in Fort Worth, Everman, Arlington, and Forest Hill, and I am also available for weddings and hospital signings when needed.
