Jolene Funk

I’m Jolene Funk, a Manitowoc, WI real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. My public profile lists notary services as one of my specialties, and I bring a practical understanding of real estate documents to the work I do with buyers and sellers.

I focus on being professional, approachable, and detail-oriented, especially when clients are navigating important paperwork connected to a property transaction. My background includes buyer and seller representation, real estate documents, notary-related support, and retail experience, which helps me communicate clearly and keep the process moving with care.

Whether I am assisting with real estate needs or supporting document-related steps, I aim to provide a friendly, organized experience for clients in the Manitowoc area.
