Jonas Stodart

My name is Jonas Stodart, a commissioned Florida Notary based in Saint Petersburg and serving the greater St. Pete/Tampa area. As a professional courtesy closer with years of experience handling all types of real estate transactions, I focus on making every signing smooth, accurate, and convenient for all parties involved.

I am fully mobile and equipped to print and scan on the road, which allows me to handle revised or last-minute documents and return critical scans immediately after signing. You can count on me to confirm and reconfirm appointments, coordinate with signers when documents are delayed, and communicate promptly with both your clients and your company if anything affects timing.

I carefully review packages to catch common document errors and provide clear, concise summaries of closing documents, answering typical industry questions at the table. For added reliability, I make same-day FedEx drop-offs for all signings scheduled by 5:30 p.m.
