Joseph Mitchell

My name is Joseph Mitchell, owner of Grand Rapids Notary Express and a Certified Notary Signing Agent serving Grand Rapids and all of Kent County, Michigan and beyond. Trained through the National Notary Association, I maintain a current background check and a substantial E&O policy for your protection. I am commissioned in Michigan through 01/27/2032 and available seven days a week for both general notary work and loan signings.

I have completed over 400 notary appointments this year, most of them real estate closings, and I take accuracy, punctuality, and professionalism seriously. I never print documents double-sided, never provide legal advice, and I ensure documents are dropped within 24 hours unless otherwise specified. I always provide signers with a copy of their documents and will scan back when requested.
