Josh Greene

I’m Josh Greene, a notary public and title professional based in Rockville, MD, with Eastern Title & Settlement. I support clients who need dependable notary, title, and settlement services, especially for real estate transactions and closings.

My work is centered on making important documents feel more manageable and helping each signing move forward with care, accuracy, and professionalism. Whether I’m assisting with a real estate closing, coordinating settlement-related paperwork, or providing general notary support, I aim to create a clear and respectful experience from start to finish.

I’m familiar with the attention to detail required in title and settlement work, and I value being a reliable point of support for clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
