I am a Pennsylvania Notary Public and experienced signing agent based in Slippery Rock, serving clients throughout Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, Crawford, Venango, Clarion, Beaver, northern Allegheny, and Armstrong counties. Since December 2001, I have successfully completed more than 4,000 signing appointments and remain commissioned in Pennsylvania through 2026.

I am a mobile notary who accepts email documents and reliably travels to borrowers and clients at convenient locations. I personally attend every appointment assigned to me and am known for being thorough, reliable, and highly detail-oriented. Over my career, I have maintained an exceptionally low error rate—less than one-third of one percent on total document sets—and a very low “no close” record, even with challenging or anxious borrowers.
