My name is Judith A. Cobb, owner of C and H Mobile Notary Service, and I am a full-time mobile Notary Public based in Beaverton, Oregon. I have many years of experience handling a wide range of legal documents, and I proudly serve clients throughout Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, and Yamhill counties. I am commissioned in Oregon (Notary ID 941069, exp. 05/11/2027).

I offer flexible scheduling with day and evening appointments, including same-day service when possible. I regularly travel to homes, retirement centers, hospitals, title companies, lenders, and law offices to complete notarizations. My experience includes loan document and witness closings, powers of attorney, wills (with client-provided witnesses), medical and health directive documents, business contracts, travel affidavits, and many other documents requiring notarization.
