I bring over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and have handled virtually every type of loan document, including reverse mortgages, purchases, sales, refinances, HELOCs, and more. I am a commissioned, insured, and bonded notary in both Oregon and Washington and a proud member of the National Notary Association.

My loan signing background includes GVT, conventional, reverse mortgage, ARM, second liens, HELOC, subordinations, trust signings, seller’s documents, modifications, application disclosures, construction, commercial loans, purchases, refinances, and many non-mortgage documents. I serve Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, Columbia, Yamhill, Clatsop, Marion, and Clark County in Washington. I’m available 7 days a week from 7 AM to 8 PM, with flexible hours by request. Additional travel fees may apply based on distance and are fully negotiable.
