My name is Judy Lou Davis, and I am a commissioned Notary Public serving most of Eastern Idaho, based in Driggs, Idaho. I am available seven days a week, including evenings and holidays, to provide flexible, reliable notary services when you need them.

With over 28 years of experience as a former Loan Processor and Signing Agent, I bring extensive knowledge of consumer and commercial loan documents, including first and second mortgages, refinances, reverse mortgages (applications and finals), purchases, sales, modifications, and construction loans. I am NNA Certified and background screened, and my training includes extensive study and testing in TRID requirements.

I am detail oriented, dependable, punctual, and personable, and I work comfortably with individuals, trustees, and powers of attorney. My goal is to ensure every signing is handled accurately while creating a professional, pleasant, and positive experience for all signers.
