Kamalani Duerksen

Hello, I’m Kamalani Duerksen, a notary public based in Kailua-Kona, HI. I serve clients throughout Kailua-Kona, Keauhou, Kealakekua, Waikoloa, and Kamuela with professional, convenient notary support.

Through my work with Keauhou Kona Real Estate LLC, I also bring experience as a Hawaii real estate broker, which helps me understand the importance of accuracy, timing, and clear communication for real estate-related documents.

I offer notary services with a focus on:

• Mobile signings
• Real estate documents
• General notary public services

My goal is to make each signing efficient, friendly, and handled with care, whether you need mobile assistance or support with documents connected to a real estate transaction.
