I am Karen F. Ellis, an Oregon Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent based in Happy Valley, OR. I am NNA certified, background screened, and licensed in Oregon through 4/24/2029. My goal is to make every signing as pleasant, convenient, and stress-free as possible while providing confidential, detailed, and efficient service with a friendly approach.

Through Ellis Consulting, I serve clients throughout Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties. I assist with general notarizations, mobile appointments, hospital signings, jail signings, e-sign needs, and 24-hour service when available. I also have access to fax, email, internet, a laser printer, and a mobile hotspot to help support a smooth appointment.
