Karen Schepman

My name is Karen Schepman, and I am an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent and commissioned Florida notary based in New Port Richey, FL. Through my company, Nearby Notary & Consultant, LLC, I specialize in real estate closings and have successfully completed more than 1,200 loan signings, including refinances, purchases and seller packages, HELOCs, deeds, POA documents, and wedding licenses.

I provide fully mobile service throughout Pasco, Hernando, Hillsborough, and Pinellas Counties, supported by a mobile office with a laser printer and the ability to scan documents at the signing table so title companies can fund quickly. I also serve my community via my local business presence, notarizing documents such as powers of attorney, VIN verifications, jurats, apartment applications, and divorce or marital papers.

I am committed to excellent customer service and offer flexible, professional support for signings in homes, offices, hospitals, jails, and wedding venues.
