Katelyn Bowles

Hello, I’m Katelyn Bowles, a Colorado notary based in Denver, CO, serving clients across the Denver metro area through Hastings Document Services, LLC. I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, jails, and other convenient locations to help make the notarization process simple, professional, and stress-free.

I assist with general notarizations, powers of attorney, affidavits, estate planning documents, hospital signings, jail signings, and wedding-related notary needs. I also have access to practical mobile tools, including fax, email, internet, a laser printer, and a mobile hotspot, which helps support efficient appointments when documents or communication needs arise.

I am a member of the National Notary Association, background screened, and carry $100,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance along with an active Colorado notary surety bond. My Colorado notary commission is active through January 21, 2030.
