My name is Kathryn (Kathy) Peate, and I am the owner of Native Tucson Notary in Tucson, Arizona. I am a full-time notary with five years of experience and have successfully completed more than 2,000 signings. Clients know me for being on time, accurate, and well-prepared for every appointment.

I am commissioned in Arizona through 2027 and have extensive experience with a wide range of documents, including all types of loans, reverse mortgages, timeshares, inspections, financial resettlements, and trust and legal signings. I am also a RON/E-sign/IPEN notary, a mobile digital fingerprinting specialist, and a licensed insurance agent, allowing me to support clients with both notarial and related insurance needs.
