Kathy Allen

My name is Kathy Allen, a full-time mobile Notary Signing Agent and owner of Smardocs4u LLC, based in Katy, Texas. I am NNA and LSS certified, commissioned in Texas through 2030, and available 24/7 to serve clients across Katy and the greater Houston area, including Cinco Ranch, Fulshear, Richmond, Sugar Land, Rosenberg, and surrounding communities.

With a strong banking background, I bring a professional appearance, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for customer service to every appointment. I see myself as an extension of your company and keep you informed at each step of the signing. I am experienced with loan and real estate packages, including PCOR, Statements of Information, and Trust Certifications, and I always contact you in advance if any document needs clarification.

I offer prompt scan-backs, make timely daily FedEx/UPS drop-offs, and never overbook so I can return if needed. Your clients will be treated with respect, patience, and a little extra kindness at every signing.
