Kathy Presley

My name is Kathy Presley, and I am a trained and NNA-certified Escrow Signing Agent and commissioned Notary Public in the State of Texas, based in Dallas. I bring a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep commitment to accuracy and professionalism to every signing. Throughout the full term of my appointment, I have maintained a clean record with no chargebacks and no claims on my E&O insurance.

With extensive experience in the mortgage, title, and closing industries, I understand how to manage complex transactions and support all parties as an Independent Contract Closing Officer.
