Kathy Walsh

My name is Kathy Walsh, and I am a professional notary and owner of Walsh Notary Services LLC in Rockford, MI. I have been a notary for over 25 years and have worked in the mortgage and title industry since 1997, giving me a deep understanding of real estate and loan documents from all sides of the closing table.

For the last 12 years, I have served as an escrow officer for a title company, where I have handled hundreds of purchase and refinance closings. This hands-on experience allows me to guide signers through their documents with clarity, accuracy, and efficiency. I am NNA certified and carry $100,000 in E&O insurance for added protection and peace of mind.

I pride myself on being punctual, professional, and detail-oriented, ensuring every signing is completed correctly and on time.
