My name is Katie Burns, and I have been proudly serving Colorado Springs and surrounding Colorado counties as a notary signing agent since 2007. I enjoy meeting new people and guiding them through a smooth, accurate signing process. My partner, Katheryn Watkins, and I are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and we are committed to delivering excellent customer service, even on last-minute signings.

I am a Colorado commissioned notary (Commission #20074017866, exp. 09/28/2027), NNA Certified and background screened, Fidelity approved, and carry $100,000 in E&O insurance. I use high-speed, dual-tray laser printers and scanners and accept eDocs for both letter and legal-size documents. Over the years, I have successfully completed more than 5,000 signings, including refinance, purchase and seller packages, HELOCs, commercial and VA loans, car signings, and simple document notarizations.
