Katie Ramirez

My name is Katie Ramirez, and I am an active Texas Notary Public based in Lockhart, TX. With 2 years of notary experience, I provide professional, reliable services in both English and Spanish, always focused on creating a smooth and respectful signing experience for every client.

I have personally attended all closings in which I represented my clients, giving me strong familiarity with the closing process, key documents, and best practices for accuracy and compliance. My 8 months of sales experience in the mobile home industry further strengthened my communication, customer service, and document-handling skills.

Dedicated, detail-oriented, and trustworthy, I serve individuals, families, and businesses with care and professionalism. I also leverage modern tools such as fax, email, and internet-based document handling to help ensure an efficient and seamless signing process.
