Katrice Fields

My name is Katrice Fields, and I am a Texas commissioned Notary Public based in Garland, TX (Commission #130111298, exp. 02/10/2027). As an Escrow Assistant, I process a wide range of real estate files for closing and work closely with lenders to ensure every document is accurate and complete. I coordinate closings within my office, so I understand how critical it is to return signed documents promptly and correctly.

With over seven years of experience and more than 100 signings completed, I am very familiar with lender packages and the expectations of all parties involved in a transaction. Through A Thin Line Mobile Notary Services, I offer reliable, professional service throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and am willing to travel beyond my listed zip codes.
